猪瘦肉

蒜
淀粉
1.先把瘦肉切丝 加入淀粉 盐 花椒 胡椒腌制10分钟备用

2.把花菜切成小块 葱切小段 泡辣椒切碎 姜切丝备用

3.热锅起油倒入腌制好的瘦肉丝 翻炒均匀
